Josephilla on kokemusta sekä televisiosta että teatterista. Hän on ollut Cloud 9 tuotannossa mukana: The Legend of William Tell (hahmona Nigel Hargreaves) ja A Twist in the Tale (hahmona Lucien). Hänellä oli rooli näytelmissä Mirror Mirror 2 (hahmona Tyrone Rickenbacker), A Ghost of Our Own ja Undressed (hahmona Larry).

Joseph perusti valmistumisensa jälkeen oman tuotantoyhtiön Crawford Pictures, joka sijaitsee Wellingtonissa Uudessa-Seelannissa. Hän editoi videoita. Joseph voitti Best Editing palkinnon Student Motion Film Festival Torontossa vuonna 2000. Hän tekee monia mielenkiintoisia videoita kaikenlaisista aiheista. Hän on kiitelty editoija. Joseph työskentelee myös markkinoijana ja televisiokäsikirjoitusten editoijana. Joseph on työskennellyt myös baarin tiskin takana London Pubissa ja kokkina Nandos Chickenland Cashissa.
